Set printer for Portrait

Margins
Top:  0.25" Left:  0.25"
Bottom:  0.25" Right:  0.25"


Header
Uncheck = Document Title Uncheck = Document Location


Footer
Uncheck = Page Number Uncheck = Page Total 
Uncheck = Date Printed

Click OK

Click on Format & Options

Set printer for Portrait
Scale: 100% or if you can't print the complete page, set this to Shink to Fit Page Width

Click on Margins & Header/Footer

Margins
Top:  0.25" Left:  0.25"
Bottom:  0.25" Right:  0.25"


Header & Footer
set each option to: --blank--

Click OK
