Rip’s litter by Jack born February 2nd, 2008 Pictures taken at 7 weeks old.
3 female and 9 male tri-color puppies!

Some comments from the new owners of some of these puppies:
Annie Oakley: I have trained
professional dogs for just about every task nameable. Annie in her first two
training session of 20 minutes each was able to stop, sit, and down and
follow directions by hand signals left to right and has picked up other
rather useless but funny things like shake hands and roll over ....lol. We
have decided to keep her in the house through the bonding period and really
she is totally house broken, She is a rather remarkable dog and her heart is
so pure. My wife and children are blown away with the brains of this dog and
her ability to learn. I would like to thank you again for her and to thank
you mostly for your love of the dogs and your wise choices in her breeding.
She is of perfect conformation. I will probably start her next month herding
some....with old hornless goats for she has a real herding instinct even
now. I think I will put her in a few of the sheep fest herding events, but
only when she is ready. I will only work my dog in low pressure scenarios
until she is older. I don't want to burn her out or get her hurt pressuring
her to do things that she is not ready for. I do believe she will be
championship material in the herding lots and I base this from years of
experience and my knowledge of this type of dog, for she is the smartest dog
I have seen ever… bar none... and the smartest dog seen by all that have
seen her for her age. I am so looking forward to a long life and countless
years of love and friendship with her.
Sam Bass: Maverick is doing
great! We can’t tell you enough how pleased we are with him! He is
already starting to sit on command and almost potty trained. All signs are
pointing to a phenomenal pup!
Belle Starr: Nell is fitting in
very well, learns our routines very quickly and is rapidly becoming
socialized to all of our different daily encounters!
John Chisum: Dash is quickly
approaching the 10-week mark. He and my two year old daughter have come to
the mutual realization that they are not toys for each other and have
managed to find a happy middle ground...most of the time. Dash comes along
to do chores with me everyday. He seems to enjoy bringing in the cows. He
walks in front of me, rating his speed with however fast or slow the cows
are walking. I am surprised at how bold he is. I have seen Dash several
times just sit in the barnyard and intently observe the other animals. Bill
had mentioned to me about "hearing the gears clunk"; I now know
exactly what he means. I've also been taking Dash with me when I feed and
water the chickens, at first in my overalls, but now on a leash. My wife,
daughter and Dash went out to water the chickens and one of the hens got out
of the house. Dash was on his leash outside the henhouse. My wife swears he
made at least ten calculated moves to keep the chicken from getting away and
then drove the hen back into the henhouse. I asked her if she thought he
just got lucky, but she felt she saw a definite thought process.
Pat Garrett: He and I have made
a close bond already. He is very protective of me and claims ownership! If I
move he moves. We put him a nice bed in our bedroom but he insists on
sleeping beside the bed right by me. Just wanted you to know we love our
puppy and he loves us. He is very happy and we are looking forward to many
years of fun with him.
Luke Short: Luke is doing fine.
Went to vet yesterday and he loved it. He likes people. The check up was
good. He is walking on leash good. He is real smart; sits on command, and
comes well. Thanks for Luke. He is quite the boy.
Pearl Heart: She is just
adorable. It’s just amazing how fast she has learned about the potty
breaks and her leash. The kids can’t leave her alone and my wife is very
fond as well.
