Playboy's Nancy Ann

Colleen and Bob purchased and registered a mare named Colleen’s Furie.  Furie raised a filly that was out of the last son of Midnight Sun called “Sun’s Anchor Man”.  The cross produced a filly called Desiree.  Desiree in turn was bred to Zane’s Playboy.  Zane’s Play Boy only produced 13 foals prior to his death in 1977.  Desiree produced a filly named Playboy’s Nancy Ann.  Nan would become one of the corner stones of Clyde Connelly’s breeding program and would produce numerous high quality offspring, including two World Champions, Playboy’s Reflection and Red Wing’s Lucky Linda.
